Tai Chi and Qi Gong class for the Community

Learn an 8 posture Qi Gong set and the beginning of the 1st third of Wu Chen Chuan’s long form of Tai Chi.  Among the many benefits from a regular practice include an improvement in posture, flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, ability to relax and strengthened immune system. A regular practice has also been shown to reduce symptoms of arthritis and fibromyalgia. Tai Chi is a solo slow-moving martial art from China.  I have been practicing for over 10 years and teaching for over 3 years.  I love sharing this art form with others expecially because I believe it will help us remain calm, balanced, healthy and happy during these ever more shaky and disruptive times.
