Tai Chi and Qi Gong class for the Community

Tuesdays 5:15-6pm and Thursdays 8:30-9:30am at the Center for Conscious Living
849 E. Washington Ave. (Corner of E. Wash and Patterson)
taught by Olive Albanese
Free Will Donation graciously appreciated, and will benefit Madison Community Wellness Collective and the Center for Conscious Living, but if no can, no can, and still welcome:)
Learn an 8 posture Qi Gong set and the beginning of the 1st third of Wu Chen Chuan’s long form of Tai Chi.  Among the many benefits from a regular practice include an improvement in posture, flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, ability to relax and strengthened immune system. A regular practice has also been shown to reduce symptoms of arthritis and fibromyalgia. Tai Chi is a solo slow-moving martial art from China.  I have been practicing for over 10 years and teaching for over 3 years.  I love sharing this art form with others expecially because I believe it will help us remain calm, balanced, healthy and happy during these ever more shaky and disruptive times.
